Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Frendze website (referred to as the "Site") and the services provided by Frendze ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Description of Services

Frendze provides an online booking platform that allows users to book and rent experiences or properties. We facilitate the connection between individuals seeking to rent and individuals offering experiences or properties for rent. The transactions, communications, and interactions between users are solely their responsibility, and Frendze does not assume any liability for such interactions.

1. User Responsibilities

By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• The information you provide during registration and booking is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You will use the Site and services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.
• You will not engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities on the Site.

1. Bookings and Payments

1. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refund policies may vary depending on the host and the specific booking. It is your responsibility to review and understand the cancellation and refund policies before making a booking. Frendze does not guarantee any refunds and is not liable for any losses incurred due to cancellations or refunds.

1. User Content

Users may be able to submit or upload content to the Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, photos, and videos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Frendze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site and our business operations.

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit and the consequences of sharing it. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to grant the license described above and that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and underlying source code, are owned by or licensed to Frendze. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property without the prior written consent of Frendze.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frendze and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Site or services, even if advised of the possibility of
